The United Strata Management story is based on real life experience. As unit owners, service providers, and Body Corporate Managers within the strata industry for many years, we’ve experienced first-hand what it takes to deliver quality management services.

We apply our wealth of knowledge and proven skills, along with innovative thinking, to provide you with proactive and tailored management services for your home, investment or community. This is equally applicable to a complex layered scheme or duplex, commercial or residential property, investor owned or owner occupied, Body Corporate and Community Management Act, Building Units and Group Titles Act or even Incorporated Associations.

The USM team are active members of the Strata Community Association (QLD) and are driven to do our bit to increase the education, awareness and professionalism of the owners, committees, contractors and suppliers within our industry.

Sam Gleeson

Director

Long before working in the industry, Sam took the initiative to complete a Certificate IV in Property Services and Operations to better help the communities where he lived and owned. Sam applies that same positive and pro-active approach to everything he does, immersing himself in the strata industry and doing the hard yards to get results.

Sam has a wealth of experience gained from years managing some of Queensland’s largest and most complex strata schemes, a role that has included new developments, layered schemes, Building Management Statements, and those legislated under the Building Units and Group Titles Act, in a variety of locations.

Holding a Bachelor of Business with majors in Management and Human Resources, Sam utilises his vast experiences as a relationship manager to identify and guide bodies corporate through legal, financial, defect and interpersonal requirements. As a Certified Strata Community Association (QLD) Member and current member of the Legislation Committee, Sam has a passion for passing on his knowledge and experience to owners, committees and team members alike.
