  • Day-to-day matters are efficiently and cost effectively addressed via our web forms and Owners’ Portal. But when you need to speak to our team you’ll do so via direct phone and email contacts to receive prompt and helpful responses.

Secretarial Services

  • Our team guides Owners and Committees to ensure all legislative requirements and timeframes are both met and understood. We do so in relatable language, with minimal legal jargon, and take descriptive meeting minutes to ensure Owners who can’t attend are as informed as those who did.

Financial Management

Safeguarding your asset like they were our own

  • We provide transparent online access to financial statements and status reporting for all Owners. When arranging prompt contractor payments, we recommend and facilitate the online review of all invoices by representatives of the Committee and/or Onsite Manager, all prior to payment, to ensure the desired level of governance.
  • We use the experiences of our team and contractors to develop strategic Administrative and Sinking Fund budgets that ensure sufficient but not excessive funds are raised to maintain the value of your asset.
  • We also manage levies, arrears, tax and BAS returns, as well as banking and term deposits on behalf of the Body Corporate as required.

Compliance Management

Provided proactively for peace of mind

  • Replacement Cost Estimates, Sinking Fund Forecasts, Workplace Health and Safety Audits, fire compliance and annual certifications, they’re all proactively organised to achieve, and maintain compliance, so you can sleep easy.
  • Also, when new requirements are introduced, we ensure your Body Corporate are the first, not the last, to hear about them.

Development Consultancy

Expert input before, during and after registration

  • We are available to give general advice and liaise with your development team on structure, budgets, registration and compliance to establish a practical and well planned scheme from the beginning.
